(9) Check the extruder assembly, manifold assembly and die for leaks.

(10) Check whether the guide rod of the closed cutter assembly is worn, whether the clearance between the front cutter and the rear cutter is appropriate, and whether the cooling effect of the cutter is appropriate.

(11) Check if there is any problem with the pneumatic system.

(12) Check whether the lubrication system is adequately lubricated for each moving element.

(13) Check whether the door limit switch is intact and triggered normally.

(14) Check whether the main oil circuit on-off valve and valve core feedback input trigger normally.

Mold temperature and cooling time If the mold temperature is too low, the ductility of the plastic at the jaw will be reduced, it will not be easy to inflate, and the part will be thickened, and the molding is difficult. If the mold temperature is too high, the cooling time will be extended and the production cycle will be long. If the time is too short, insufficient cooling may easily cause deformation of the product, increase shrinkage, and matte surface. 5. The molding cycle includes extrusion parison, cutting parison, mold clamping, air blowing, cooling, deflation, opening the mold, and removing the product. Wait for the process. The selection principle of the molding cycle is as short as possible on the premise of ensuring that the product can be shaped.
